Project Management

Survey
Con-Steel provides precise survey services ranging from complete site survey, layout of specific structural components and as-built survey of an existing structure which can then be relayed into design drawing.
Installation
Con-Steel efficiently and collaboratively manages the erection of a wide range of precast and steel structures including commercial buildings, parkades, bridges, stairs and handrails.
Removal & Repair
Con-Steel has become a leader in the repair and removal of commercial and industrial structures, from building envelopes to structural columns and beams. Removal or repair can often be completed without interrupting regular business operations within the building.
Mobile Welding
Con-Steel’s on-call mobile welders are CWB certified and ticketed in all-positions and various types of steel. We can service all project sizes from large scale to finishing work.
Patching, Finishing
& Grouting
Managing and executing projects through their lifecycle, from initial design to detailed finishing work, is Con-Steel’s mission. Grouting and finishing work secures and completes a project, applying the necessary finishing touches to compliment the quality of the build.
Mobile Metalizing
Metallizing is a specific thermal spraying process that is relevant to a variety of industries. Thermal spraying involves coating a surface with a melted metal coating for greater protection against rust and corrosion.
